Probably our most challenging and discerning client, but one who took the bravest step in commissioning us, first to archeologically uncover the lost rock and water garden and then more bravely yet, to take on the drawing up and design for the restoration of the Dairy Building itself. Thankfully it has stood the test of time and is still a remarkable and working building set within a jewel of a garden, both rescued from the decimations of the 20th century and finding a new audience and champion. We could not have been luckier.
